Our company is hiring for a Project Manager. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

Project manager responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Work Experience and Education

• Proven working experience in project management
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

The person

We are looking for candidates who are excited to work in a fast-growing team besides possess excellent technical skills, excellent problem solving skills, able to work well with others. Key Responsibilities

• Draft layouts, sketches, and/or model 3D equipment items for process plants
• Interface with internal and Client staff (engineering, document control, implementing organizations, ) as required during the design change development and approval process
• Prepare piping designs based on project requirements (pipe routing, models, piping arrangements, isometrics, material take-offs, pipe support details, )
• Conceptual studies, cost and planning studies, layouts, design calculations, specification development and supervising vendor packages for equipment, nozzle loads, and anchor locations
• Independently develops complex plot plans and site plans of all types of plants, with the use of PFD’s, process or mechanical datasheets, in accordance with instructions, specifications, standards, HSE requirements, economics, ergonomics, constructability, operational and maintenance requirements.

Work experience and education

• 3 plus years of relevant Piping and Layout Design experience required
• Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum
